Lighting Upgrade
Our technical team has the knowledge to evaluate your current facility’s lighting system and provide recommendation for energy-efficient upgrades that provide savings for utility costs and maintenance costs. The Energy Policy Act of 2005 provides for a federal tax deduction of $0.60 per square foot for putting in energy-efficient lighting and the associated controls. Utilities also provide further rebates to customers who upgrade their lighting systems.
